This cart is in good condition for a training cart or pleasure driving. It has heavy duty 24 inch bike tires. The seat is 36" wide so it should seat 2 adults with room for a small child in the middle. When the shafts are level they are 30" high so would fit a small pony from 36" up to about 12 hands (48").Click here for more pictures and measurements.
